A catchy competition offering RM39,000 cash prize.

I found this competition quite bizzare. It's really one of a kind. Duno how they come out with such idea. So, what's the catch here.

Well, you just got to catch stray dogs. You heard that absolutely correct. A catching stray dogs competition! Woah!
I'm not really sure if Selayang does have lots of stray dogs or not but it seems to have come to an extent to get everybody involve catching these stray dogs. Isn't that stray dogs problem suppose to be dealt by the municipal council?
Anyway, there goes another RM39,000 of our good-ole tax payer money.
Hey, I have like more than 10 stray dogs in my neighborhood recently, come and catch la. No need belanja me teh tarik one.

The project looks effective to control the breeding of stray dogs, but on the other hand, feel pity for the stray dogs......

long time ago, when i still primary sch, i saw those dono from what jabatan people come to my living area to catch, after catch one, imediate kill it...so crude :(

when I was in the primary school. I saw them shoot a stray dog right from the windows where I sit next to. Just one shot on the head and the dog goes down. So cruel...

I can't imagine if the shot got miss and goes into somewhere into the school.
