Its the fasting month of ramadan for muslim now and the bazaar ramadan is once again on business. Each year, muslim spend most on their food during the fasting month. Though they do not eat during the day time, but once it comes to open fast, certainly all the best yummy dishes are served on the table.

I enjoy the bazaar ramadan as much as the muslim does, I will be going to different bazaar in different location to see and taste some of the greatest food there.

Today I went to the bazaar at Medan Gopeng. It is located near the Megoplex Shopping Center at Jalan Gopeng. It was about 5.15pm and the road near by the bazaar start congested.
Car are parked right at the road side causing traffic congestion. Ramadan Month NO fine ticket one ar?

Lauk-Pauk. Variety of dishes for your preference.

Murtabak. Chicken or Beef meat mixed with onions wrap with a layer of roti canai. Taste Great served with onions or curry.

Ikan Sumbat. Fish stuffed with a mixture of grated coconut and spices, roast to perfection. You could smell it's fragrance before you know it was there.

Kuih-Muih. You certainly find lots of these in the bazaar. I like curry puff

Cakoi! This is what the chinese call Yau Char Kuai. Its common to see chinese food adapted into malay cuisine. They now even adapted the Dim Sum, Char Siew, Bak Kut Teh(Chi kut Teh in malay cos it use chicken)

Chicken Rice. This one looks yummy.

Fried Chicken and Fish ball. Kids certainly likes this one.

Variety of beverages for your choice. Cendol, Sirap, bandong...

Lemang ! Glutinous Rice cooked in bamboo along with coconut milk. Eat it with Rendang... gosh, I cannot describe it liao.

Keep Rolling! Rolling! Rolling! Check this out, Ayam Golek with Honey.

Its getting hot in here! This guy is taking care of the Ayam Percik. Several electric fan required to cope up with the demand.

The Ultimate Chicken of all... ! Ayam Percik. Its a barbecue chicken with secret herbs and spices and dipped into specially made sweet and spicy sauce. You really need to try this out.

Mydin Cendol.... Now I know Mydin superstore sell cendol too :)

After looking at all those great'o cuisine, really cannot tahan to have a bite. But then I didn't get to buy anything at all. I was sick since 2 days ago. The flu and cough are still bothering me after the fever gone yesterday. I just took the last shot of cough syrup and felt a little high now :)
So, whats for my dinner today...
Steamed chicken sausage with High5 bread...
No, not High5 after what had happen recently... ;p
Well, just hope I would get better soon, and for the ramadan bazaar....
