Kimberly Cafe Greentown Ipoh

Located just a few shop lots away from the Yeolde English, this little restaurant could be easily sighted and they have plenty varieties of food to offer.

Just like many other cafe, the environment here were pleasant.

I'd ordered a set of dinner for two that cost RM19.80 and it include 3 dishes, 1 soup, rice and a pot of tea. That seems to be pretty cheap considering having a dinner on a place like this.

The soup of the day. It has some veggies, sea weed and some sliced fish cakes. Taste pretty well though.

Umm, not sure if they call this sweet and sour fish fillet or what but I'm sure you could recognize such common dish. My wifey said the fish fillet taste a lil bit awkward... IMHO the fish fillet was not fried enough causing it to be too soft. It's either they leave it as fresh fish fillet or crispy fried fish fillet before cooking it into the sauce. Now that it wasn't on either one, it take awkward though.

Nope, I have touch the tofu when I took this photo, neither nor my wife. It's only 4pcs of tofu! No more, no less. Somehow, it does taste like... sizzling tofu indeed.

Fried Kangkung with Sambal Cili. Umm... my favourite.

This is an optional add-on. Haku (Mantis Shrimp meat) fried with Salted Egg Yolk. Everything seems to be going towards Salted Egg nowdays. The saga begins with Salted Egg Crab and now we have salted egg chicken, salted egg calamari ring, salted egg haku, salted egg prawns, salted egg squid, salted egg whatsoever la. Since so many dishes are now using this salted egg, I guess many people must be gone sell salted egg (Mai Ham Ngap Tan) liao.

Some sweet papaya for dessert. Yummy.

Overall, the dinner were quite nice here plus a reasonable price for their food.
