My colleague got penalised for talking

And eventually the Supervisor approached her with a (just eat shit) face. I don't know what was the content of the conversation between her and the Supervisor but the Sup clearly very Tulan already.

All in a sudden, the Sup raised her hand pointing to the Supervisor tables. It was like a football referee raising a Red Card to a player and send him off the field immediately.

'GO NOW!'
My colleague was pretty stressed up with her Sup but what else can be done. It was Big Rock Stomp on a Crab to death. This isn't the first time somebody get penalised in such way, a few others operator has been penalised before for talking too much or being negligence at work.

So, there she was sitting on the rows of office desk where me and the supervisors seats. She would be off for any duty for the night.

Hey, she still get paid and need not doing anything for the whole day, cool also wat! hehehe... sumore got priority to go for break at anytime she wanted to.
But nay, she got to seat there from 8pm justnow until 7am tomorrow morning like an idiot doing nothing, talking to nobody, not allow to sleep and being watched like a monkey by passerby... it ain't not fun at all.

Worst if it happen during the day, all those bosses who walk around will stare at you and ask what the heck happen. How embarrassing.

Well, I think sometimes, the supervisors are kind of too strict against the operators but then, some of the operators are really asking for trouble.
Their manager are even worst I'telya, his work is nothing else than screwing people around all the time. Well, that is his job. To give pressure to eveyone in order to meet the customer demand.

Sometimes, I really don't know how those Supervisors could withstand the pressure being screw by the manager in front of everybody every here and then. Luckily I wasn't working in their group or else I would have drink DDT long ago.
