All right, I was tagged by Jason to mention something about my favourite food. I wasn't really familiar about this blog-tag'ing game but anyhow, here it goes.
Well, I love seafood. My mother was born in a fishermen village somewhere near Bagan Datoh in Teluk Intan, Perak. When I was a child, we often went back to the village from time to time and that is where I could see those fishermen loading those fishes, prawns, crabs and so on at the jetty. It was so fascinating.
So, among all the varieties of seafood, I like crab the most. Yup, crab. It was the type with hard dark carapace and a pair of large fiery claw.
Woahh! This is the sweet and sour crab. My mom used to cook somthing like this. Ichiban la weh!
So, which was my favourite wooking style for this delicious crab. When you go to any seafood restaurant, certainly you could be offered with various of cooking method for crab such as sweet and sour, marmite crab, steamed crab, black pepper and much much more.
Amongst the all cooking style, I love the crab fried with salted egg yolk as well as the BBQ crab.
I've tasted the crab fried with salted egg yolk at a seafood restaurant near Gurney Drive at Penang. I was hooked right away then and I was going back there for more everytime I went to Penang.
BBQ crab however, taste pretty plain as it doesn't have any seasoning ingredients. You could enjoy the sweetness and deliciousness of the crab meat to its max. Woah! sedap la weh.

reminds me of the old day, my mom used to cook this as well, but now she is too lazy to cook it at home, we just eat seafood outside instead.
