First off, this place where The Garden Cafe located was a true isolated corner and you would never be 'bumping into this place' unless you really got lost. Yeah, could you tell me where is this Panorama Lapangan Perdana place is? Even myself who are living within a mile away couldn't tell, shame of myself. Well, there are just too many housing garden build up in the recent years and I have give up remembering every each of the garden name already.

Somehow, this was a real nice place. The Cafe occupies 3 shop lots and it's interior was really cool!

The first dish came onto the table is this. I bet you can't guess what the heck is this thing. Fried Shrimp roll? Woah, that is what I thought but it is actually Crispy Fried Sotong. Now, just where is the sotong?
It taste crispy externally with some thick squid meat inside awaiting for you to chew. Exceptional!

Wifey had a Mushroom Chicken Chop. Yum Yum... nice and delicious mushroom gravy topped onto a finely grilled chicken chop. It was just too tempting.

Oh, I didn't remember I'd ordered any fruits refreshment though. But even if I did, it can't be this whole raw pineapple right? Yo waiter, why you gave me a raw pineapple on plate? I only see people serve raw pineapple on a plate to La'To Kong wo.

Ops, it was actually my Pineapple Fried Rice. Gosh, they shouldn't have freaked me. This is one of the recommended dish here at The Garden Cafe. It's presentation was indeed impressive and talk about how it taste. Well, it's two thumbs up I tell ya!
The rice taste a bit sweet when it enters my mouth and as I chew on, its the taste of the pineapple juice from the pineapple cutlet that is fried together with the rice. And there's even more, a whole lots of shrimp is hidden underneath the fried rice in the pineapple which is used as the container. Thats what I called, Ada Udang di Sebalik Nasi lol!

Overall, it was a great dinner here and it really worth the time to got lost and bump into this place :)
Allright allright, if you are eager to pay this place a visit, I'll give you the address and map so that you won't get lost to bump into the cafe.
Allright ,here is the location map and contact information to the place, make sure you don't got lost into the housing area okay!

Some Revisited Food Updates
I was back to this cool cafe again last night to enjoy my dinner. Since there is a few recommendation from wifey about their food, I was so eager to try it out. Above is the Fried Chicken Wings. It comes in a set of 5pcs and cost RM10.00. As I give a taste of this crisp looking fried wing, I was kind of disappointed. No, it's not that it is not delicious at all but perhaps I was hoping too much. Somehow, I guess the BBQ chicken wing anywhere is more worth while compared to this one. It was just some regular fried chicken wing though.
Tom Yam Kung or Tom Yam Prawn is certainly a famous dish everyone know in this region. I love Tom Yam especially the authentic Tom Yam of Thailand. It was a great appetizer and certainly would increase your meal weight.
As for this Tom Yam, I give 'em a two thumbs up! Yeah, I was delicious for sure and the prawn was large. Yum... I love large prawns. Looking at this picture makes me drooling again...

Finally managed to visit it last week. Food was good but they charged 5% service tax. I informed them that there shouldn't be any service tax coz they are newly opened and can only charge after one year of business. Moreover there's a new law from 1st July 2008, service tax can only be charged if the annual turnover is RM3 million. Now there are only about over 400 outlets that can charge service tax in Malaysia. Hope that they took note and not charge service tax. Pls do let us know if there's any service tax the next time you visit it. TQ.
